RETURN & SHIPPING POLICY

Your enthusiastic satisfaction with your order is our top priority! However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within thirty (30) days of your purchase by emailing bigmugcoffeeroaster@gmail.com to arrange a return and refund.

All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract, which means that the risk of loss and title pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages, or for carrier errors or incorrect shipping info. In the event you do not receive your shipment, we are happy to assist you with the claims process with the carrier.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date the order was place. We cannot accept returns on coffee because it is a perishable item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in and must be in the original packaging. 

Refunds

Once we have received your item and it has been inspected we will promptly notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Additionally, please note that you are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs of your item.

Online Order Issues

Entered the wrong address? We are happy to cover the cost of replacing the product, but ask you to cover the shipping cost of the replacement package.

Missing / Damaged Items

Contact us as soon as you notice your shipment is missing. We’ll have a replacement on its way to you in no time. 

For damaged shipments, let us know within 7 days. We will gladly send a 

replacement.

If possible, please share a photo of the damaged item & box.
